Sina Jurina

Sina kick-started her career as a retail industry expert with finance internships at Airbus, DaimlerChrysler, and Ernst & Young. Following further training in banking, she climbed the ranks of boutique tea retailer TeeGschwendner to eventually become CFO. Based in Berlin since 2015, she currently heads up product and retail at Maison Héroïne, purveyor of characterful yet functional high-end handbags.

Ema Šimurda

Founder & Managing Director, GOOD BANK

Formerly a model and marketing strategist, Ema was inspired to make a change, and went on to create a unique and modern farm-to-table experience. In 2016, she founded GOOD BANK, an innovative vertical farm restaurant where customers can watch their salad grow while having dinner. Right now, Ema is focusing on transforming the restaurant into a food brand.

Joshua Lange

Managing Partner & Director of Operations, Contemporary Food Lab

Originally from San Francisco, Joshua has lived in Berlin for seven years. Always searching for the perfect pairings between food, drinks, spaces and people, he began his career at the legendary AQUA, before working as a sommelier at some of the world’s finest restaurants. Joshua is currently Director of Operations and Managing Partner for the Contemporary Food Lab and their gastronomic projects, including Katz Orange, PANAMA and Tiger Bar.
