WHAT YOU DO

  • As a Key Account Manager, you are proactive in customer / client management and ensure strong customer / client relationships
  • The well-being of your project team is one of your top priorities; you make sure they are motivated, developed and ready for the challenges of the global retail campaign business
  • You will hold a budget & revenue responsibility for the clients that are assigned to you
  • A Key Account Manager knows how to set goals & achieve them together with the project team
  • A big part of your working week includes hands-on planning and organizing, so that together with your project managers, the global retail campaigns are produced and delivered on time
  • Independently negotiating pricing and conditions with the customer / client and aligning internally with the Key Account Director how to achieve strategic goals
  • As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for personnel planning and can convince your Key Account Director and HR colleagues with smart proposals for development of existing team members or hiring new staff
  • Annual planning of project-related turnover targets; quality assurance and ensuring efficiency of all purchasing performance
  • You can identify and secure new business by industry & market analysis of business potential

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have been a team leader or senior project manager in a (marketing) agency for at least 5 years with your own budget / revenue responsibility
  • No specific degree is needed for this role, but a strong understanding of business and supply-chain processes, are essential
  • Our next Key Account Manager has a proven track record in developing international clients
  • You have experience in market research, approaching potential clients and acquiring new business opportunities
  • Numbers are as important to you as people and you are satisfied when monetary goals are achieved, while your team members gained professional experience
  • You bring a passion for future retail concepts, fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Change can be challenging, but you have experience dealing with change and can inspire others in change processes
  • As our clients expect us to communicate in German and English; fluency in both the German and English language are essential
  • You are a confident MS Excel user
