The Point of Experience – Become the nucleus for a local lifestyle and leisure network
Our partner is among the world’s strongest brands and they offer one of the most desirable products. Still the current car dealership will not generate sufficient traffic anymore. Taking a drive to the outskirts and business districts just to visit a huge product showroom does neither fit into the zeitgeist nor into the busy schedule of a progressive target group. To remain relevant, we developed a strategic framework and extensive toolbox to transform the dealership to a point of experience and core of a local scene.
For this project, we analyzed the status quo, prepared industry insights and defined a strategic brand proposition. Additionally, we developed a concept and accompanied the entire implementation process.
