INDULGENT NORDIC MOMENTS

Every year, Nespresso celebrates the wintery holiday season by launching its festive campaign in partnership with a very special artist. This year’s campaign “Indulgent Nordic Moments” was inspired by the Nordics’ desire for cozy and relaxing moments – called ‘Hygge’ in Denmark – and quality time for sweet coffee breaks, also being referred to as ‘Fika’ in the Swedish culture. Thus, the limited edition coffee variations took the consumers on a delicious journey through the world of Nordic pastries.

In collaboration with the award-winning Danish artist Louise Campbell, Nespresso created those special coffee moments through an immersive, sensorial, indulgent and surprising experience. Louise Campbell’s creative concept for the design of the windows, capsules and sleeves was inspired by the atmospheric nature of the North. By applying natural colors in curved layers, she created this distinct landscape that’s unforgettably beautiful and appealing to the senses – just the right mood for sipping a freshly brewed coffee with flavors like Almond Cake, Cinnamon Swirl or Vanilla Princess Cake.

LIGANOVA was responsible for the creative production, realization and distribution of the Nespresso festive campaign which was implemented at the flagship stores in Sydney, Milan, Munich and London as well as 608 Nespresso boutiques in 68 countries. The creative development of Louise Campbell’s artistic approach came from FutureBrand.
